Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken


1 lb. chicken breasts
2 cans black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup brown rice
1 pkt taco seasoning
1 cup of water

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours.  How simple is that?!

NOTE: This is great for leftovers too!  Try it right out of the pot one night and then in a burrito the next!

    I have a big aversion to tomatos, can I leave them out and if so do you have a suggestion to replace them with something else?
